Shipping Policy

In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Items that need to be sourced from our suppliers may take 2–4 additional days, and the estimated timeline is shown at checkout where applicable.

Typical delivery takes 2–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote pincodes may take longer. You can track every stage of your order from the Orders page.

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders above the free-shipping threshold (where applicable) ship free.

We currently deliver across India to serviceable pincodes. If your pincode is not serviceable, checkout will notify you before payment.

Cold-chain and temperature-sensitive items are packed in insulated packaging. Please ensure someone is available to receive such deliveries and store them correctly on receipt.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or significantly delayed, contact support with your order number within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly under our Return Policy.
